Food:

Cherishing the traditional cooking techniques developed in our sister restaurant Le Museum in Montreux, Switzerland, Heritage Soho is the first London opening that reimagines the rustic flavours of regional alpine cuisine and adds modern yet delicate twists to the timeless classics of French, Italian, Swiss, German and Austrian dishes. Keeping this focus, we ensure our guests can have a dining experience like those found in a traditional alpine tavern, while managing to offer a touch of Soho glamour.

Curated by the Head Chef Christelle Lambourde, our prix-fixe diner menu is composed of the highlights from a la carte range that boast equally superb presentation and flavours bursting with freshness. Inspired by the culinary traditions from the past, we make our dishes based on the original recipes and use only the freshest seasonal ingredients sourced by the local partners, as well as the exclusive produce coming directly from Switzerland.

With some of the menu options catering to both vegetarian and vegan adherents, flavour hunters can choose between two or three courses coming with a complimentary glass of a drink. If you have a room for pudding with the former, we recommend trying the house favourite desserts: a rose-shaped Apple Blackberry Strudel and heavenly light Cherry Coconut Cheesecake bites made of coconut crème. When it comes to the main, pick from a perfectly balanced Steak Tartare made of the prime cuts of meats and creatively served with mini brioche buns on an ice-layered plate, experience authentic Swiss cooking with our signature Raclette Plate with melted raclette cheese served onto a sizzling pan with potatoes and pickles right at your table, or go for a seafood with a lighter dish of a seared trout.

For those theatregoers who are not in the pre-theatre rush and have some time to enjoy a longer meal, we encourage taking a look at our a la carte menu to explore other alpine specialities that are the best of contemporary Alpine cooking anywhere in Greater London neighbourhood right now, including a Beef Burger with Raclette Cheese and Classic or Truffle Cheese Fondue.

Drinks:

While the given perfect plates of indulgent dishes and reliably prompt service comprise a dream combination, a complimentary drink served alongside your meal is a special touch making Heritage an outstanding Soho-stop before the curtains call. Never compromising on quality, a list of our pre-theatre drinks features a Swiss-produced red or white house wine widely acknowledged for their flavour and taste profiles by wine connoisseurs, a genuine Bavarian lager Hofmeister, as well as favourite classics like Rose Wine or Prosecco. For those feeling a bit more adventurous, do not miss a chance to taste our masterful cocktails created by the top mixologists and reviewed as one of the best in Soho, or explore our extensive wine list with a range of popular as well as the finest wines, champagne and spirits that are rare finds even at the best restaurants in London.

Interior:

Come for the food and stay for the atmosphere – in a comfort of our dining-room, where the sleek interior is mixed with the elements of modern art, guests should expect to find the outstanding art pieces, including limited edition ‘Montreux Jazz Festival’ posters by Keith Haring, the original painting by Yuvi ‘Follow Your Dream’, as well as a collection of specially commissioned bespoke pieces reflecting the après-ski theme by Mark Sloper and a mural artist Lucy Danielle. For warmer months, consider having your pre-theatre fix at one of al fresco tables in our cosy little terrace that will set up your mood with the energetic buzz of Soho.
