Our three course Bottomless Brunch Fondue menu!

It’s time to ditch the toast, waffles and hash-browns for something better! You’ll start with a delicious entree from our selection of classic crispy Röstis. Our chefs prepare this the traditional way; grated potatoes forming a shape which resembles pancakes and then shallow fried. There are a variety of combinations to order. Our take on Eggs-benedict, Rösti Benedict, comes with poached egg and smoked bacon topped with hollandaise Sause. The Rösti royale offers smoked trout and poached egg topped with hollandaise sauce, and for those who are looking for a veggie friendly dish the Rösti Florentine served poached egg and spinach is recommended.

For the main, time for some comfort-food! Indulge in flowing rivers of savory cheese sauce combined with side dishes to skewer and dip. The fondue pot is all you can eat and contains our blend of Vacherin Fribourgeois and Gryère cheese sourced from Switzerland. They have maturing processes which result in a creamy quality which melts beautifully and is perfect for simmering at the table for hours as you chat away!

This half-and-half combination, called moitié-moitié, is one we use in our sister restaurant in Montreux, Restaurant Le Museum, and we import its ingredients directly to the UK; you can’t get closer to the alps than that! If you are a truffle fan, for £4.50 per person, we serve a version infused with freshly ground truffle. Hungry yet?

Fondue isn’t all about the cheese, it’s about flavour combinations you add throughout your dips over the stovetop; the cheese sauce at the beginning of your meal will not have the same flavour at the end. Every element added brings a new enhancement to the saucepan, you’ll savour every mouthful.

Our chunks of cubed ciabatta bread are perfect for this cheesy dip! The crusty crunch followed by a softer texture is the perfect vehicle for the cheese to soak into. You’ll love the crunch followed by melt in your mouth perfection. Alongside this you’ll find our boiled baby potatoes, chosen specifically for their slight sweetness which, when dipped in the stringy goodness in the pot, breaks up the strong mature taste of the mixture.

Lastly there are the pickles! You cannot eat fondue without Gherkins. These little bites of tanginess lift the cheese to a new level, bringing an acidy which cut through the heavy creaminess. Combined with our pearl-like pickled onions, it’s blissful for your palate.

Now onto dessert, we’ll give you a whole new fondue set with a sweet sensation simmering over the burner! You will all be full of excitement at the table as our chocolate fondue accompanied by freshly chopped strawberries and other seasonal fruit with housemade marshmallows is set down in front of you. You’ll be living your own chocolate fondue party fantasy as you crowd over the cooker.

If you have had enough of the Fondue experience you can also opt for another one of our delicious desserts including some scrumptious pastries and cakes. The Sticky Toffee & Caramel Fondant or Black Sesame strudel are great choices and included in this three-course menu.

Visiting on Sunday? You can enjoy a hearty Sunday Roast option within this menu! Opt for a Roast for a main instead of the fondue and you won’t be disappointed. Picture a giant Yorkshire pudding filled with Beef sirloin accompanied by an entourage of roast vegetables and stuffing with pork belly or portobello mushroom – the perfect way to end the week!

Bloody Marys, Bottomless Mimosas, Bubbly Prosecco… the perfect elements for a boozy brunch! To make your experience a little boozy we recommend adding bottomless drinks to your package. For £19.50 per person, you can add Prosecco or cocktails including Aperol Spritz, Bloody Marys and Mimosas. Those after some beers can enjoy Hofmeister beer as well!
